I haven't had any trouble on a 300. "Fault Exception" unfortunately is one of those very ambiguous error messages regarding a memory problem. Can't really help you there but I would suggest starting with some of the other hardware like Vid Cards etc. In regards to your second question, I would highly recommend moving up to OOP if you are considering it. The pain you suffer in the first few weeks or months is paid back ten fold after the whole thing starts making more sence. It really is a whole new world from 2.x app development.;)
