You're running on a very minimal configuration, so adding more physical RAM would be the best choice. Failing that, increasing the size of the Windows Swap file if you've established a limit on it, or moving the swap file to a different partition with more free disk space might help.

Given the price of RAM at between $1-2/MB, at least in my local area, I'd put in more memory.
