I have had no success with this. We work around it with the EXTERNAL command and check things out from the VSS Explorer and added them to the project. Example

Developer 'A' adds file to project and to VSS. He also adds the appropriate EXTERNAL command to the bottom of the MAIN.PRG.

Developer 'B' trys to build the app/exe/dll to test and receives the 'Unable to find ???' diaglog box. This tells the developer to look in VSS to make sure he/she has all the files. 'B' 'Get Latest' and adds to his/her copy of the project and rebuilds.

I know this is a mess, but i was not able to get the 'Update..' to work consistently. If you do, let me know. I would like to know.

We created a new project in VSS (as the first user), then the second user 'connected' to it by using 'Join Source Control Project'. Everything seemed to be Ok (I mean both of the 2 users are able to make changes to every existing file in the project) until one of us tried to add a new form to the project - the other user never got the chance to see this newly added file in his VFP PROJECT MANAGER (He CAN see this file in his VSS EXPLORER actually).
