I couldn't find that in the SDK, but you gave me a clue here. I've got the October MSDN installed and it's documented there. There's an article that explains how it works (DLLs and HHCTRL.OCX). Haven't read it through yet. So if you install the October MSDN, you'll find it via the Index.
