We used to be able to merge SCX's and VCX's, that's what the SCA and VCA are all about. But, they nuked the ability in a service patch. When I called MS to complain, they said it caused too many problems, so they killed it. I never had any trouble with it. I wish they'd given us a registry setting or something to select between the two.
