You're correct, only that used to be automatic. You would go to check in an SCX that someone else had changed and it would automatically take you to a "diffing" screen, where you would "diff" the two SCA files. When you accepted the merge, it would rebuild the SCX/SCT for you and check it in. It worked well for us, but I have heard (from MS) that others had problems.

The demo that we did of this feature to a VB team caused audible gasps. They couldn't believe what they were seeing.
