Is the second form by chance modal?

>2. After Instantiating such troublesome forms, If I try to close VFP, an error message comes 'Cannot quit Visual Foxpro'. Then the only way out is to end task through Windows 'Close Program' window.

Check out the ON SHUTDOWN command. It's called when the user attempts to shut down VFP.
