No, in fact I've found great free OCXs at http://www.netmastersllc.com

It covers HTTP, SMTP, POP, MIME, Winsock, CGI, and so on.. They're free, but without support, nor help.
These OCXs do all the work for the developer. And they're really simple to use.
There's also a solution at www.catalyst.com I didn't test it.
