I have seen this from time to time, and I think I have tracedthe occurence to when I open a class in the class designer and there is an instance of that class in memory. What VFP should do is not allow me to edit the class, but instead it opens the class up, but displays none of the source code. If any modifications are made to the class and saved after the class has been opened in this state, the source code is permanently erased from the class definition. (This has been the occurence that has come closest to causing me to put my fist through the monitor and sending myself to the hospital).

So now, when I open a class in the designer and notice that all of the source code is missing, I immediately close it (without saving any changes), type CLEAR ALL in the command window, and reopen, and voila, the code has reappeared.
