Can someone tell me how can I use .h files to define constants.

I made the following h file:

*invoice.h
#DEFINE DOCUMENT_FEE 90
#DEFINE SEAL_FEE 3
#DEFINE VALIDATION_FEE 20

And I try to include it using:

#INCLUDE [..\invoice.h]

in the load event.

But when I call for the constant it isn't there.


What am I doing wrong?
