Second reply. I noticed now where your message came from. Several people have asked me to email them the article. I have not replied to anyone with that request. I can assure you that:

1) I am not a secretary and don't intend to go into the business
2) If those people don't have a subscription, I am sure the back issue folks at advisor would be more than happy to handle their requests.

I corresponded with the FPA business manager, and she says that we are not legally allowed to copy articles or code to send to non-subscribers under any circumstances, even if we credit the magazine and author fully. The same regulations apply to other magazines. All we can do is quote the issue where the article in question can be found.
