Look to see that there are no more copies of forms that you think exist only once. ie- you have fixed a copy of a form in one directory, but the exe is actually using another that you possibly saved for backup. Another alternative is to use a project searching utility like my SearchString.app available here in the files section (there are one or two others as well).
