Hi Timothy....
Checking the Supports Transactions checkbox will not have an effect on things for you. Transaction in the MTS context relate to the DTC - which is only supported by SQL Server and Oracle. So no, it wont make a difference. Although I have never tested it, you might find performance to be better if the check box is not checked. It could be that the component will require less resources. Give it a shot and report the results...
>>>After reading some of your responses, I have some other questions. First since the VFP DLL accesses FoxPro table rather then SQL or Oracle, the DLL cannot use transactions to rollback the tables. Should I set all the DLL's in my MTS to "Does not use transactions" even though I use SetComplete() and SetAbort()? Does it really make a difference?

>So, does it matter what the MTS Transaction support setting is since I am using FoxPro tables? Will MTS ignore the setting? I have all my components set to "Does not use transaction". I was just curious.
