How could I restart SQL Server with default settings
if I messed up the memory configurations?

I tried adding "-f" to the startup parameters in SQL Setup,
the SQL Server started, but denied all sa login.


Also, how does SQL Server stores its configuration?
Is there a direct way to edit the configuration file
without using the GUI?
