I posted yesterday the exact same problem -- the Click does not fire for buttons & checkboxes. It could be Win 95 C -- it just came in, whatever version it is (I'll take a look later). The video setup appears to be standard government issue (nothing very fancy), and the mouse is at Win default settings, that's all I've looked at so far...
