People,

The problem was due to a previous version of VFP30 that was installed on
my machine previously to installing the Studio '97.

Just in case anybody encounters the same problem, here is the solution:

1) Uninstall VFP 5.0
2) Reinstall VFP 5.0 into another directory
(reinstalling in the same directory doesn't solve problem)
3) Delete any dkcontrol.dbf or dkcontrol.cdx files
4) Delete the wizsetup.ini file from your working directory
