>>We have a client with Visual FoxPro version 05.00.00.0344. We're trying to run an Exe within VFP version 05.00.00.0412. My question is will the Visual Studio Service Pack 97 give them the correct version?

>I don't think the service pack will recognize the runtime and update it. But you can send an update to your client that contains your runtime. On CompuServe on the FOXGER forum you can find a complete update that installs the VFP runtime build 415 on your client's PC.

Actually, we're getting an error through VMP which is telling us the method ( a click event ) but not the line. I can't duplicate the error on my side. It's the kind of thing that makes you want to pull your hair out. I've duplicated the environment, as far as running the Exe... Anyways, I'll stop rambling. We've isolated the code in a prg which we're calling from that click event. We've excluded that prg and then we're going to run the exe within their VFP through the Citrix Winframe.

That is when I got the error, "Not a valid VFP Exe. It turns out the E-mail of the Exe's must have been corrupted because I've got the same version they have on my laptop and it runs fine.
