A popup is what the Menu Designer creates.

You can add the native Window menu and remove all bars that you don't like. Make sure the name of the popup is _MWindow. If you take a look at the generated MPR file, one line should be:

DEFINE POPUP _mwindow MARGIN RELATIVE SHADOW COLOR SCHEME 4
