directory that is "Home"´s child. These directories are installed in a Windows NT server and it´s working fine (but slow). How can I install the executable in the workstation hard disk, and specify that the data is in the server ? Where I can change the application´s path ?

When you run the application go to FILE | Preferences... there is a place where you can change the path to the database. This information is stored in the registry... unless you are using multiple databases, then I think it is stored in a file.
