Thanks for the suggestion although I'm not sure I know what to do. Also, I haven't seen the October issue of FoxPro Advisor. Do you have an email copy of the article or can u suggest where I can find it? I had another response about setting the variable as a Public variable and calling it from the report. Would this be an easier way to do it?
