I made more test and the ScrollBars setting to both seem to cause this problem. I change it back to none and the width doesn't change anymore.

Furthermore, the problem only arise if the rightmost control is close to the edge of the form. If I increase the width of the form, I don't have any problem with ScrollBars set to Both.

I think that if you don't leave a gap wide enough for the scrollbar to appear at the right of the form, VFP will, for an unknown reason, shrink the width of the form when openinig it in the form designer.
