There are a number of things you can do; I'm assuming that you have installed CSNW. In order to avoid the prompt for a separate password for logging into NetWare, your NetWare userid and password must be the same as your NT userid and password; NT by default does not cache passwords for attachments to other machines, so if your id or password differ from server to server (or NDS context in a NetWare NDS environment), you'll have to respecify the userid/password each time if they differ from your NT login unless some other authentication server acts on your behalf.

If you log into an NT domain and can use GSNW through the NT Server, the NT domain server can authenticate your login and make the connection to the NetWare servers for you. There are a number of ways to integrate NetWare and NT environments; contact your network administrator regarding the way the network is set up for your site.
