This can happen when there is empty procedure or function in your code, usual About methods. After recompiling your exe file open a form or class as a table, look at the code in a methods field. If there is some procedure which has nothing between PROCEDURE and ENDPROCEDURE put any comments there without pressing ENTER . Close the table and recompile the form.
