Since you are trying Regsvr32, I am assuming you are on Win95 or NT.
Using Regedit, check under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT .. Licenses.
There should be a key beginning with DB4C0D00-
If not, key was removed by some uninstall process. Time to re-install VFP.
There are some *conditions* to meet before the reinstall. If this is the case, post more.
