This is a known bug in VFP. I suspect you are using an HP printer driver which is where the problem occurs. If you download Visual Studio Service Pack 3 (which includes VFP fixes) the problem will probably go away for VFP6.
There are no certain cures in VFP3/5 that I know of except to play around with various drivers for the printer to find one that works. Drivers for HP products can be downloaded from the MicroSoft web site.
