Unfortunately I don't have one to test with and I'm not too enthuised about having to go get one to get my customer up and running. I'd rather buy him a cheap mitsumi floppy and be done with it. From the command window he can access the drive but for some reason he can't copy from or to the drive in production. I'm not sure what to do at this point. He says it is connected to his computer through a slave cable from the motherboard similar to a second HD. I'm going to go to their web site and see what I can figure out.
