Did you run REGSRV32 on the DLL after it was copied to the other machine? VFP automatically registers it on the development machine.

Initially it would just crash the application with an operating system error. After checking Technet I found the problem and implemented the solution suggested. Basically you have to have the .exe and the .dll in different directories and each has to have their own VFP support files.
