Peter,
You use the DynamicForeColor for this. You can put a multi-level IIF() statement to account for many variations. There's an example in HELP under DynamicForeColor and others in the FAQs here.

If you want to set ALL columns, use the SETALL() function. Otherwise set each column individually.
