In the new 95B, when I have the A:\ drive open in Explorer, remove a disk, and then click anywhere on the Explorer window to activate it, it crashes with 'illegal operation', 'will be shutdown' etc. This occurs every time I do this, not just a freak occurance. Could be a bug, or some odd configuration problem with new PC?

(I know, if it crashes don't leave the drive empty -- but still, it shouldn't do this) :~)
