I just heard about a new sets of ActiveX controls.

From what they said:

SocketTools suite of VBX/ActiveX controls are just the thing to integrate the Internet into your applications or create intranet apps with simplicity. Includes FTP, SMTP/POP3 for e-mail, a Web Browser and many more.
