Hi Marcus,

Just received your msgs, thanks for the help. I will try the reset. Unfortunately the company uses HP printers almost exclusively. I found that the problems arise with the HP4000T. The old HP4 seems fine. The problem also occurs when the user's default printer is the HP4000T. Do you know if the problem has been addressed with MicroSoft?
