It does make a difference -- VMP expects to add SDT's main class to _SCREEN using AddObject, but in SDT 5.1, this class is now based on Form (so we can have a private datasession), and AddObject won't work. MaxTech has a workaround for this, but I don't remember what it is. Contact them for the details.
