Hi All,

I need to broadcast a message to one user in particular before she either logs off or shuts down her machine. I know that in Win95 it is easy to change the "It is now safe..." to another bitmap, but can I also do this in WinNT 4.0 (workstation)? And what if she just chooses "Close all and log on as other user" - can I force a message to appear before she can log out?
