Help! I'm about to get lynched over this.

We have a VFP3.0 application running under Win95 with an NT 4.0 server storing my data. The workstations have video settings from 640x480 up to 1024x768. The application opens up maximized. When users try to resize the screen using the button in the upper right hand corner, the application is minimized (?!!!). On some machines, the resize works fine. WHAT GIVES? This was previously just an annoyance, but now it is critical because users need to have this application open with another application. HELP!

By the way, I've already tried changing the application's screenstate to "Normal". I've also tried changing the properties of the shortcut that resides on their desktop.
