look at the xprgenxx.apps that are in the refox directory. each one allows you to take *.spr's to *.scx's based on the version.

>This step is giving you an error because it's incorrect to do it. You can't "decompile" an .spr because it's not compiled. It's code, it's like a .prg file but it was created by GENSCRN from an scx. As far as I know there's no way to get from the .spr to an .scx using refox. (You say .spx below, but that's what you came from. You mean you want to get to an .scx, right?) Once you've gotten the .spr, as far as I know, all you can do is look at the code and reproduce the .scx by hand.
