Lol,yes - that is the big disadvantage. But for me, I just seem to absorb & remember things better when I have it in paper form. Did you ever notice you look the same thing up in a digital reference again & again? In that case, if I can not seem to remember something then yes I need a search button. But if I can carry a chunk of papaer around, and write on it/highlight it/tear it apart, the information seems to stick better. And even if I do need to refer back to something I kept on paper, like with Jim Booth's website articles, I can often just glance at a page that I marked up or highlighted a year ago and boom - I can remember what it says without actually reading it again.

Besides... if a reference document is wrong about something you just spent hours trying to make work, you can't really rip it to shreads or throw it across the room if it's in digital form :)
