>Can anyone tell me where I might gather some y2k compliance ammo concerning Visual Foxpro 5.0 and 6.0. I have customers demanding letters of compliance for our product, which uses VFP 5 and VC++ 5. The programs have no terminal ends, but I am looking for documentation on the software products we use.

I also have software out on the market where customers are ringing up every day asking for a letter stating year 2000 compliance.

I used to state this but I feel that the word "compliance" has changed meaning, especially in the last year, and have now changed my compliance statement to be a little less solid.

I feel that compliancy means different things to different companies and it is up to each company now to ensure that they are compliant to their own standard.

Read my compliancy statement on http://trader.co.nz/y2000.htm

Note that I no longer state that the program is fully year 2000 compliant but pass the onus onto the customer to ensure compliance.
