Is there a way to import this into a dbf where the fields are already set using the lengths of the fields to determine what text goes in which field?

I'm currently trying it as a SDF file, but in case that doesn't work, I'm looking to see if there's a better way that I missed.

There's 792,502 records in this file. Is there a way to append only a few of the records for testing purposes?

Thanks,

-Michelle
