One of the last publishing industry trade shows I was at last year had a PDA-sized device that could hold a novel-sized book, and was designed to stand up to being splashed sitting at the beach or by a pool at least as well as normal printed matter. If they ever do put out a truly waterproof laptop, I'd love to be able to do a little programming while soaking in a Jacuzzi...
