I got bitten by a subclassed grid recently, taking a project from VFP 3 to VFP 5; it turned out to be an invalid set of parameters passed to the RGB() function used to initialize the DynamicBackColor property of the column. VFP 3 ignored the error; VFP 5 generated a C0000005 error during the Load Event.
