In SQL 6.5, the DATE data type comes with Date and Time.
Hence the storing of date field without a given time, the
SQL will set a default time.

I just wonder, how could we make a SQL query with only
date input by user? Must I hard code the Time to search
for any date range queries? Pls advice.
