I found out what was causing my crashes. I was inserting an object in the first column that consisted of an image in a container. When I took the image out of the container, then the crashes have gone away.

I guess I'm temporarily OK, but I would really like to have that container back to help me manage the image. Oh well.

>>Thanks John. I've also found that if I replace the suspicious grid on the form with a standard (non-subclassed) grid, then things work better also. I'm going to try to determine what might be going on with the sub-classed grid.

>>>When I get that error at READ EVENTS I could usually get rid of it by removing the line ON SHUTDOWN CLEAR EVENTS. Now, another way it might happen, for me, was when I tried to use any command with the WINDOWS keyword after the READ EVENTS, such as RELEASE WINDOWS ALL.
