You can't get the buttons without a titlebar. If you want the space taken up with the buttons on the right side, why can't you live with the window title to the left? If you created your own form with a grid on it you could put out own buttons on the form, but I wouldn't think it's worth the effort of duplicating the normal windows buttons.
