I don't know if that would help, but do you have the SP3 installed?

In first, I thought that the problem was windows 95 because Install shield Express2 has some diffilculty to register some files such as comcat.dll and graphs32.ocx under old version of windows 95 ( 95-0 and 95a ). I call Microsoft and they gave my the patch to upgrade to win95b. I made the installation and it's still doesn't work. I also installed vfp5 and graphic server on my client's pc and still, it doesn't work.
