I had the same problem. It took about 20 seconds to bring up a message, unlike the split second it takes normally. This was happening to be for most sites in the states and eastern Canada this morning (HP, IBM, DOWNLOAD.COM, etc..) Sites in Vancouver were fast all day. Funny, I thought the net would be fast given the holidy in the US.
