Win98 has native support for the AGP bus, so that isn't an issue. If you go with Diamond, I've had problems with their Viper V550 with some of the software I've been working on; in all fairness, the machine I used it in has a lot of stuff in it that might have conflicted with the card, and I had trouble with other cards based on a similar chipset (the nVidia Riva TNT.) Other people like it; in a recent review of Riva TNT based cards by Tom Pabst (Tom's Hardware page), the Diamond card was rated second, just behind the Asus cards. The Asus cards use active cooling of the video chip, rather than the passive cooling used by Diamond, and I know from experience that the card runs hot, so in a case with questionable air circulation the V550 isn't a great choice.

I still think the Matrox cards, in particular, the G100 and G200 AGP cards, are the best bet as far as fast, stable AGP cards with good gaming support at the moment.

>I use VFP6.0 to built an accounting system for 14 different company, and none of them built in a same code, can you imagine how frustrate I am with this Err problem......, all of this problem never occured when I'm still using VFP 5.

This may seem like a silly question, but if you aren't having problems with VFP 5, why switch to VFP 6 right now? I'm continuing to use VFP 5 for many of my production systems, including new development, except where I need specific new features of VFP 6 for the product. Porting from VFP 5 to VFP 6 hasn't been a big problem for me to date from the standpoint of getting the code written under VFP5 to compile under VFP 6, and given the reported problems with VFP 6, and the rumblings that there will be a (hopefully much improved) 6.1 release in the reasonably near future, it might make sense to delay shifting to VFP 6 where you have a stable VFP 5 product now.
