You can do this with a variety of ActiveX controls, such as TeleTools (www.exceletel.com) and a Voice capable modem under Win95. Any voice modem that works with Microsoft's Unimodem/V driver should work. This will not work under NT because MS has not released a unimodem/V driver for NT, although this is planned for NT5.
