Hi Senna,

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but if your refering to taking information stored in a spreadsheet, for example, and turing it into a table, sure there is. The column headers are one field, the row header is the second field, and the data in the intersecting cell is the third. It's just a matter of two loops to go through all the cells, and append records.
