Yep, it's automated but it's a beta test. That means they'll wait until the beta is over then review all the questions. They'll probably throw out questions that were too easy or too hard. Then they set the passing score based on how the people in the beta did on the test. Then they score it and send out the results.

Once the final test has been released the results will be immediate.
