>>Has anybody had problems with file corruption on Novell 3.12 Servers, Win95/98 workstations using Microsoft Client 32? The corruption I've seen is there are 2 bytes missing at some point in file and 2 extra bytes at some later point. This is causing the records where the 2 missing bytes through the records containing the 2 extra bytes appear to be shifted and appear corrupted. (shifts data between fields) Total file length is OK as is the total records.

That's EXACTLY why I've leary of the Novell client! There are literally thousands of articles on Novell's site about problems with them and FoxPro (all versions).

> We have a ticket with Novell and one with Microsoft about the issues we have uncovered.
